Dr. Angel Mason is a speaker, educator, and executive leader with more than 20 years of experience as a coach, administrator, and Director of Athletics. Throughout her career serving athletic departments, she has led teams, developed people, and guided organizations through change. Her work spans strategic planning, talent development, organizational culture, governance, and the daily responsibility of turning priorities into action.
The lessons she has learned through coaching, her career, and life have shaped a central belief: authentic development is at the core of effective leadership. It begins with knowing yourself, understanding your impact, and committing to growth. That work continues at every stage of leadership, in business and in life.
That belief is the foundation of REAL AD, where Authentic Development is at the heart of real leadership. Through signature keynotes, leadership workshops, and executive and organizational advising, Dr. Mason brings her experience to leaders and teams across industries.
